Execute u2py.Subroutine on remote account

Hi,

I´m trying to execute a python script using u2py library on a remote account.
Currently I can run subroutines but in a local server.
I tried to mount an nfs in the second server but I got this message:
Problem finding file system.
Problem determining if file VOC is an NFS file.
Problem finding file system.
Problem determining if file VOC is an NFS file.

Is there any way to execute a subroutine on a remote account using u2py library?
I appreciate your comments.
Regards,
Damian Sarmiento.

Damian,

u2py is a Server side module that allows the Rocket MultiValue developer access to the U2 Database from Python. You must be on the server, and your current working directory has to be the location of the U2 account.

With that being said, can you elaborate on what you mean by a remote account?

If you are running Python from a client that is not running a U2 database, mounting the file/system that contains the U2 account u2py will not work. You must be on the server that is running the Rocket U2 Database.

For access to server side subroutines, you can set up a RESTFul web service (with the “Rocket u2 RESTFul Web Services” tool ) which is part of the Rocket U2 DBTools which can be downloaded at our Trial Hub page.

Thanks Mike, I will do that.
